Who we are

JTS Development Inc. is a locally owned building and development company, owned by Jerry Stolp. We have been based in Spokane since our inception and love the Inland Empire. JTS is a small company with only a couple of full-time employees. Jerry's desire is to keep the company small so he can continue to be a hands-on builder. He does much of the framing and other phases of the homes himself. He personally meets with all homeowners throughout the construction, and the warranty work that follows.

Our subcontractors

All of JTS Development Inc. subcontractors are fully licensed and bonded, and have worked for JTS for a length of time. They are all required to meet our customer's wants and needs with professionalism.

Meeting our schedules

We have an easy guide to get our customers through the construction of their new homes. We set up all of the meetings for everything from colors, to interior finishes, lighting and plumbing. All our customers have to do is make the meetings and make their choices; we take care of the rest. Meeting a schedule on a home is our number-one priority and our strength.

JTS has built many custom homes and has developed two other neighborhoods in the last three years. We developed an entry-level neighborhood in Spokane Valley, a gated community across from the Wandermere Golf Course and Field of Dreams in Cheney.
